There was a great turn out to our volleyball conditioning at the SHHS sand volleyball pits. All ages got into the action, some spiking the ball, some making wild dives, and some of the younger kids just playing in the sand. Our conditioning activities are not only for getting players in shape, but Uniting the club. We have been so impressed with the caliber of kids on our teams.
